In 1854 the judicial district of Schönbach was dissolved. In 1992 the judicial districts of Allentsteig (communities Allentsteig , Echsenbach , Göpfritz an der Wild , Pölla and Schwarzenau ), Groß Gerungs (communities Altmelon , Arbesbach , Groß Gerungs , Langschlag and Rappottenstein ) and Ottenschlag (communities Bärnkopf , Grafenschlag , Gutenbrunn , Kirchschlag , Kottes- Purk , Martinsberg , Ottenschlag , Sallingberg , Schönbach and Bad Traunstein ) dissolved and added to the judicial district of Zwettl.
