The judicial district of Bruck an der Leitha is one of 24 judicial districts in Lower Austria and comprises the eastern and southern part of the administrative district of the same name, Bruck an der Leitha . The higher court is the Korneuburg Regional Court .

history

After the annexation of Austria in 1939, the court was renamed the District Court of Bruck (Leitha) and was now subordinate to the District Court of Vienna . In 1945 it was renamed the District Court again.

On July 1, 2002, the judicial district of Hainburg an der Donau was abandoned and the municipalities of Bad Deutsch-Altenburg , Berg , Hainburg an der Donau , Haslau-Maria Ellend , Hundsheim , Petronell-Carnuntum , Prellenkirchen , Scharndorf and Wolfsthal were assigned to Bruck an der Leitha .
