The judicial district Mödling is one of 24 judicial districts in Lower Austria and is congruent with the district Mödling . The higher court is the Regional Court of Wiener Neustadt .

After Austria's annexation in 1939, the court was renamed the Mödling District Court and was now subordinate to the Vienna Regional Court . In 1945 it was renamed Mödling District Court again.
