history
The judicial district of Kirchberg am Wagram emerged from the Kirchberg am Wagram district of the district under the Manhartsberg. The judicial district was later part of the political district of Krems-Land . With the creation of the political district of Tulln in 1892 due to the incorporation of Hernals and Währing into Vienna, the judicial district of Kirchberg am Wagram was added to the district of Tulln (RGBl. No. 179/1891).
In 2002, the judicial district of Kirchberg am Wagram, whose superior court had previously been the Krems regional court, was dissolved and incorporated into the Tulln judicial district, whose superior court was the St. Pölten regional court.
