Grover Beach is a city ( City ) in San Luis Obispo County in the US state of California , United States . It is the seventh largest in the county with a good 13,000 inhabitants. The geographical coordinates are: 35.12 ° north, 120.62 ° west. The urban area has a size of 6.0 km².

Rail transport
The Grover Beach train station west of the city is each way twice a day from Pacific Surf Liner with Los Angeles and San Luis Obispo connected.
Car traffic
California State Route 1 runs parallel to the tracks and merges into US Highway 101 in the neighboring city of Pismo Beach to the north . Route 101 also forms a short stretch of the northern outskirts of Grover Beach.
