In the Clutches of the Woman Killer is an American action thriller directed by Bob Bralver from 1990.
action
Lara Martin is from Russia. She argues with her husband Lawson, a police officer. She leaves him and takes Justin with her on the way. This turns out to be a killer who watched as a child how his mother murdered his sister and is traumatized as a result. Justin kills people and photographs them with a Polaroid camera.
Lawson pursues his wife and Justin, who takes Lara hostage. This lead leads him to the mental institution run by Dr. Hardy is headed. There he fights against Justin.
