Gstetten is a place and a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Haag in the district of Amstetten in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 Gstetten had a total of 62 building areas on 29728 m² and 81 gardens on 147641 m² and also in 1989/1990 there were 62 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 70. In 2009/2010 there were 118 buildings on 181 construction areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 238 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 56 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 250 hectares and 58 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 223 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 56 hectares. The average soil climate number of Gstetten is 44.3 (as of 2010).
