Guido of Luxembourg (French: Guy de Luxembourg ; † fallen on August 22, 1371 near Baesweiler ) was a Count of Ligny and (as Guido V ) of Saint-Pol , as well as Lord of Beauvoir , Roussy and Richebourg . He was a son of Johann I von Luxemburg-Ligny and Alix von Dampierre.

In 1350 he married Mathilde de Châtillon († 1371), who was by marriage with him and who inherited the county of Saint-Pol after the death of her brother in 1360, in whose name Guido could also appear as Count of Saint-Pol. During the Hundred Years War he remained loyal to the crown of France and mediated between the captured King John II and the English. For him, the Ligny rule was upgraded to a county.

In the Brabant feud, Guido supported his relative, Duke Wenzel von Brabant , against his enemies from Jülich and Geldern . He was killed in the battle of Baesweiler .

He had several children from his marriage, including:
