Guido Trentin (born November 24, 1975 in Grandate ) is a former Italian cyclist .

Athletic career

Guido Trentin began his career in 1998 with the Italian cycling team Vini Caldirola . At the Tour de France 2000 he finished second in the junior class behind Francisco Mancebo . He then moved to the French Équipe Cofidis , for which he drove for five years. Trentin started three times in the Tour de France , his best placing was 18th in 2002 . He took part in the Vuelta a España four times , in 2002 he was 15th and in 2005 he was 19th; He competed twice in the Giro d'Italia , in 2005 he turned 40, and in 2006 he turned 30.
