The port of Pepel ( English Port of Pepel or Pepel Port ) is a port in the river delta of the Sierra Leone River in the West African Sierra Leone . It is located not far from the village of Pepel .
The port is only for shipment of iron ore of Marampa - mine . It has a connection to the Sierra Leonean rail network and a ship loader . The expansion of the port area is planned (as of June 2017).
