Hagen Jobi , actually Hagen Julius Jobi (born March 21, 1947 in Berkau, Saxony-Anhalt ), is a former district administrator of the Oberbergischer Kreis and a member of the CDU .

education and profession

Hagen Jobi attended elementary school, which he graduated in 1961. In 1963 he obtained the secondary school leaving certificate. 1963 to 1966 he completed an apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant. He studied at Cologne University of Applied Sciences, which he completed in 1973 as a graduate in business administration. From March 1973 he worked as a commercial clerk and from June 1979 he was a partner and managing director. He gained professional experience in a small insurance agency.

Hagen Jobi has been a member of the CDU since 1975. In 1993 he became deputy chairman of the CDU district association Oberbergischer Kreis and in 1998 chairman of the CDU local authority association in the Oberbergischer Kreis . From 1982 he was city councilor of the city of Wiehl and from 1984 a member of the district council of the Oberbergischer Kreis. From 1999 to 2004 he was Deputy District Administrator of the Oberbergischer Kreis.

Hagen Jobi was dated 2 June 2000 directly elected member of the 13th , the Parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia for the constituency 028 Oberbergischer Kreis II . He left the state parliament prematurely on October 10, 2004.

After leaving the state parliament, he succeeded Hans-Leo Kausemann as district administrator of the Oberbergischer Kreis. In March 2002 he became deputy state chairman of the Federation of Expellees, State Association of North Rhine-Westphalia. Hagen Jobi was head of the Oberbergische district administration with almost 700 employees.

Jobi retired on October 21, 2015. On September 13, 2015, District Director Jochen Hagt (CDU) was elected as the new District Administrator of the Oberbergischer Kreis. This received 51.9% of the valid votes.

Jobi is married and has three children.

He became an Officer of the Order of Faithful Service of Romania in 2012 .
