Jochen Hagt
Jochen Hagt (born August 11, 1957 in Cologne-Mülheim ) is a German lawyer and acting district administrator of the Oberbergischer Kreis .
Career
Jochen Hagt grew up in Cologne-Mülheim. After graduating from high school, he did his military service. He started a career as a reserve officer in the Bundeswehr, where he was most recently a captain and company commander. Hagt began studying law, which he completed after three years of legal traineeship in December 1988. At the beginning of 1989 he joined the financial administration of North Rhine-Westphalia . As a fully qualified lawyer, he worked in the tax offices of Wipperfürth and Gummersbach.
In 1993 he moved to the Oberbergischer Kreis. There he worked as head of the legal office. After the election of the first full-time district administrator, Hans-Leo Kausemann, Hagt took over the newly established office of the district administrator. In 2000, Hagt became the department head for personnel, organization and law and in 2005 he acted as general representative of the district administrator, until 2008 as a career officer and from 2009 as an election officer in the office of district director . There he was responsible for the management of the district administration and the district police authority together with the district administrator. The subject areas of district and regional development, economic development, tourism, personnel management as well as organization and data processing were in his area.
As a managing board member of the Cologne / Bonn region, Hagt was responsible for the application for the Regionale 2010 , which was ultimately successful for the region.
District election 2015
Hagt (CDU), as a candidate of the CDU and FDP, was elected to the district administrator of the Oberbergischer Kreis on September 13, 2015 with 51.9% of the votes. His opponent, the non-party mayor of Morsbach, Jörg Bukowski, who is supported by the SPD, Greens and UWG, received 42.1%, while the leftist candidate, Ingeborg Mohr-Simeonidis, received 6.0% of the vote. The turnout was 32.9%.
Hagt took office on October 21, 2015 as the successor to the retired Hagen Jobi (CDU).
Private
For many years he lived with his family in Bergisch Gladbach - Moitzfeld . Hagt is the father of an adult daughter. Today he lives with his partner in Gummersbach - Elbach .
