The Hahic ( Rio Hahic ) is a temporary river system on the north coast of East Timor . Only during the rainy season does water collect in the river bed in the border area between the Sucos Liurai ( administrative office Remexio ) and Sabuli (administrative office Metinaro ) and flows further north through the Suco Hera (administrative office Cristo Rei ). The Hahic runs west past the town of Hera , takes in the Quik river coming from the west and finally flows into the bay of Hera in a canalized manner west of the Hera naval base .
