Hambrunn is a district of the Schneeberg market in the Miltenberg district in Lower Franconia .
geography
The ( church village ) Hambrunn is at an altitude of 448 m above sea level. NHN over two kilometers southeast of the main town of the municipality on a ridge of the Odenwald between the valleys of the Morre in the west, the Marsbach or Morsbach in the north and northeast and the valley of its left tributary Eiderbach in the southeast. The closest other places as the crow flies are Rippberg a little over two kilometers in the east at the mouth of the Eidersbach, Hornbach almost twice as far in the south-southeast on the back and Zittenfelden about two and a half kilometers in the southwest in the valley of the Morre. The street village, located in a clearing bay above the wooded valley slopes and a high forest in the south, is accessed from the district road MIL 6, which ascends in serpentines from Schneeberg and then continues at the level of the state border of Baden-Württemberg in the direction of Hornbach. The grassland dominates the surrounding open corridor.
