Hanau is a village in the cadastral community and market community of Bischofstetten , Lower Austria.

The Hanau Rotte is located one kilometer southwest of Bischofstetten on Manker Strasse (B29) . On January 1st, 2020 the village had 35 inhabitants. In the Franziszeischen cadastre from 1821 Hanau is listed with a homestead.
