The Turku University of Commerce ( Finnish : Turun kauppakorkeakoulu ) is the economics faculty of the University of Turku in Finland with locations in Turku and Pori . As the Turku School of Economics (TSE), it is an international teaching and research institute for economics .
The Turku Business School was founded as a private school in 1950 , taken over by the state in 1977 and is now one of the largest business schools in Finland with around 2,500 students and 350 academic employees. It is divided into 5 departments:
The rector of the university is Professor Tapio Reponen . The university is an associated member of the European Research Center for Information Systems .
