Hannah England

Hannah England ( Hannah Jane England ; born March 6, 1987 in Oxford ) is a British middle-distance runner .

During a year of study at the University of Florida , she became the 2008 NCAA champion in indoor over 1 mile and outdoors over 1,500 meters . The following year she was second in the world athletics finals over 1500 m .

In 2010 she was tenth over 1500 m at the European Championships in Barcelona and fifth over 800 m and fourth over 1500 m at the Commonwealth Games in New Delhi .

At the 2011 World Athletics Championships in Daegu, she won silver in the 1500 m.

Hannah England graduated from the University of Birmingham with a degree in biochemistry in 2009 . She is trained by Bud Baldaro.
