Hannes "fire" Bauer (* 3. January 1952 in the Oberlausitz ) is a German rock - guitarist .

Life

Bauer was born in Upper Lusatia. As a schoolboy, his grandmother discovered his musical talent and gave him a traveling guitar , which after a few days he could play, Little Annabell by Ronny and Tutti Frutti by Little Richard .

At 15 he moved to Hamburg , where Hannes Bauer later played in several bands, but without much success. The first successes with the Hamburg scene band BockRock were not achieved until the end of the 1970s .

In 1978 Hannes Bauer founded the band Bauer, Garn & Dyke in Hamburg with Tom Garn (bass) and Roy Dyke , who was also the drummer for Pat Travers and Ashton, Gardner & Dyke . After a while this band was renamed Bauer, Zapp & Dyke for a short time.

During this time, through Fritz Rau , Bauer also met Udo Lindenberg in the Hamburg Reeperbahn Club "Chicago". In the 1980s, the panic orchestra developed with the arrival of Hannes Bauer, and since the “Heizer” tour in 1980, he is still part of the existing line-up today.

After a few line-up changes, his band has been called Hannes Bauer's Orchester Gnadenlos since 1984 .

Since Bauer, Garn & Dyke was founded in 1978, Hannes Bauer has been playing the last concert every year on December 30th in the factory (Hamburg) to a regularly full house.
