Hanns carpenter

Hanns Schreiner (* July 7, 1930 ; † May 6, 2016 ) was a German administrative officer .

Life

Schreiner initially worked as an actor and journalist, then switched to the administrative service and in the 1970s, as ministerial conductor, became the spokesman for the Rhineland-Palatinate state government. From 1989 to 1991 he was State Secretary and Head of the State Chancellery of Rhineland-Palatinate under Prime Minister Carl-Ludwig Wagner .
