Fritz Duppré
Fritz Duppré (born January 30, 1919 in Neunkirchen, † 1988 in Mainz ) was a German administrative officer .
Life
Duppré entered the service of the State Government of Rhineland-Palatinate in 1948 as a government assessor and from 1956 to 1969 served under Prime Minister Peter Altmeier as head of the State Chancellery of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate , initially as Ministerial Director and from 1963 as State Secretary . He was also a member of the board of directors of SWR until 1961 and a member of the ZDF television council from 1961 to 1969 . From 1969 to 1985 he was President of the State Central Bank of Rhineland-Palatinate and was also a member of the Central Bank Council of the Deutsche Bundesbank . He was also President of the German-French Society in Mainz in the 1970s . Fritz Duppré is the father of Hans Jörg Duppré .
