Hans Fränkli
Hans Fränkli (* around 1410 ; † 1478 ) was a Swiss master furrier and politician .
Fränkli was the son of a wealthy furrier of Bohemian origin. He came to the Bernese Grand Council , in 1446 to the Small Council, in 1447 became bailiff of Lenzburg and in 1458 finally master of the city of Bern . As a partisan of the city nobility , he was one of the main opponents of Schultheiss Peter Kistler in the Twingherrenstreit . He was often Bernese ambassador to federal meetings .
