Hans Prøsch (born March 27, 1978 ) is a former Norwegian biathlete .

Hans Prøsch started internationally for the first time at the Junior World Championships in 1997 in Forni Avoltri and was 64th in the individual. A year later he came in 15th in the individual and fifth in the sprint in Jericho . The first major event for men was the 2002 European Biathlon Championships in Kontiolahti . The Norwegian finished 30th in the sprint, 24th in the pursuit and eighth in the relay race with Geir Ole Steinslett , Jon Kristian Svaland and Hans Martin Gjedrem , with Prøsch significantly preventing a better position with two penalties. At the military World Ski Championships in 2004 in Östersund , he was 39th of the sprint. In addition, he started repeatedly in the European Cup . Twice in 2003 , first in a pursuit race at the season opener in Geilo , then again in Obertilliach in an individual, with fourth places, he almost achieved podium positions. At the start of the preseason he was fourth in an individual in Ål .

Prøsch was also able to achieve success nationally. In 1998 he was runner-up in the team competition as representing North Østerdals at the championships with Tommy Olsen , Helge Sveen and Jon Per Nygaard . In 2001 he came in Ål at the side of Nygaard, Kristian Lund Vang and Olsen on the third season rank and in 2005 won again with Rune Skog , Terje Aune and Rune Morten Johansen , now with the relay, a silver medal. In addition, he also competed in cross-country skiing at Norwegian championships as well as in FIS races.
