Terje Aune (born August 8, 1972 ) is a former Norwegian biathlete .

Terje Aune had his best international season in 1998/99 . He contested his only race in the Biathlon World Cup at Holmenkollen in Oslo , where he was 67th of a sprint. This was followed by the 1999 European Biathlon Championships in Izhevsk , where he won the bronze medal in singles behind Sergei Konovalov and Ulf Karkoschka . In the following year he started in Kościelisko at the European Championships, where he finished 24th in the individual and sprint, finished 22nd in the pursuit race and finished eighth in the relay race with Stian Eckhoff , Tor Halvor Bjørnstad and Torje Haaland as the final runners. The last major event was the 2001 Military World Ski Championships in Jericho . Aune came in 16th in the sprint.

Nationally, Aune was able to achieve several successes with the representation of the Troms region . For the first time he won the bronze medal with the team in 1994 at the championships in Orkdal and Trondheim . A year later he was in Fet double champion with the relay and the team, in 1996 in Brumunddal champion in the relay race and runner-up with the team. The last medal with the team won Aune with silver in 1997 in Snåsa and Savalen , in 1998 silver was added with the relay in Dokka and Dombås . In 1999 he won his last title in Tana with the relay. After six years, Aune was able to win silver again in 2005 .
