Ulf Karkoschka (born June 20, 1973 ) is a former German biathlete .

Ulf Karkoschka made his debut in Pokljuka in 1996 in the Biathlon World Cup . His best placement was a 21st place in Hochfilzen in the same year. He was able to celebrate his greater successes on a European level. He won several European Cup races, in Ridnaun alone he was successful four times. He won the overall ranking of the European Cup in 1995 and from 1997 to 1999 three times in a row, in 1996 and 2000 he was second. At the European Championships in Zakopane in 2000 , Karkoschka won silver behind Zdeněk Vítek in the individual and together with Jan Wüstenfeld , Gunar Bretschneider and Andreas Stitzl gold with the German relay.
