Hans Stark (politician)

Hans Stark (born September 2, 1950 in Saal an der Donau , Kelheim district ) is a German craftsman .

Stark attended elementary school in Saal an der Donau and secondary school in Regensburg . In 1967 he began his apprenticeship as a carpenter in his parents' company, in 1969 he passed the journeyman's examination. He then studied wood technology at the State Technical School in Rosenheim and was active as a plant manager in various companies. He passed the master craftsman's examination as a carpenter and then took over the family business.

From 1986 to 1991 he was Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs in Lower Bavaria and Upper Palatinate . In 1989 he became a member of the General Assembly, and from 1994 to 2014 President of the Lower Bavaria-Upper Palatinate Chamber of Crafts . He was a member of the Presidium from 2000 and Vice President of the Bavarian Crafts Day from 2002 to 2014 and a member of the European Committee of the Central Association of German Crafts from 2005 to 2014.

In the guild wood and plastic in Kelheim he was foreman and a member of the Executive Board, he also belonged to the State Executive Committee of the Professional Association of wood and plastic , the board of AOK Kelheim, the Economic Advisory Board of the district Kelheim, the Management Committee of Labor Office of Regensburg , the Supervisory Board of the company for craft fairs in Munich, the supervisory board of the Munich Insurance Association, the board of the Red Cross in the Kelheim district and from 1998 to 1999 the Bavarian Senate . From 1978 to 2014 he was a local councilor in Saal ad Donau and from 2002 to 2008 the district councilor of the Kelheim district.

He was elected honorary president of the Lower Bavaria-Upper Palatinate Chamber of Crafts in 2014 and is chairman of the Chamber of Crafts' Trade Council.
