Hans Ulrich Reichert

Hans Ulrich Reichert (born March 19, 1921 in Stuttgart ; † February 27, 2018 ) was a German journalist .

Life

After his participation in the Second World War , continuously from 1939 to 1945, Reichert worked as an author, reporter, editor and correspondent for radio and newspapers from 1948 to 1954 . From 1954 to 1983 he was an author, editor and director for television and worked as a broadcasting director, producer and production manager at Süddeutscher Rundfunk (television) in Stuttgart.

In 1983 he was at the University of Mannheim to Dr. phil. PhD .

As a balloonist from 1977 to 2002 he spent more than 1000 hours in the air with almost 2000 guests.

From 1992 to 2001 Reichert was senior consultant for radio and television in Tallinn Estonia , Novosibirsk Siberia , Osorno Chile and Santa Cruz Bolivia , where he was appointed profesor honorario in 1996 by the Universidad Evangelica Boliviana.

He was responsible for various entertainment series such as dealing with people and my opinion - your opinion as well as for documentary series such as eyewitness reports and Europe under the swastika .

Reichert was married to Trude Bischof in his first marriage from 1950 to 1968 and married the second marriage in 1968 to the athlete and Olympic participant Karin Frisch . He had three children and nine grandchildren.
