Hans Wolkersdörfer
Johann Wolkersdörfer , called Hans Wolkersdörfer , (born June 19, 1893 in Petersgmünd , † March 26, 1966 in Munich ) was a German politician (NSDAP) and SS leader .

Life in the Empire
Wolkersdörfer attended elementary school in Georgensgmünd in the Schwabach district office . He then completed a commercial apprenticeship and at the same time attended the commercial school in Nuremberg. From 1911 to 1913 Wolkersdörfer belonged to the Bavarian Railway Battalion. From 1914 to 1918 Wolkersdörfer took part in the First World War, in which he was awarded seven times. After the war he also became an honorary member of the Association of Bavarian Pioneer and Transport Troop Associations.
Weimar Republic (1919 to 1933)
In 1919 Wolkersdörfer became a civil servant and deputy head of the Nuremberg branch of the Bavarian War Usury Office . After the dissolution of the same he earned his living from 1919 to 1924 as an independent businessman.
The NSDAP stepped Wolkersdörfer on September 2, 1922, then, after canceling the interim party ban again on August 25, 1925 ( membership number 19090) on. In 1927 he moved to Zeitz for professional reasons , where he was a city councilor and faction leader in the city parliament in 1929/30. From November 1929 to 1933 he was a member of the provincial parliament of the Prussian province of Saxony as managing director of the NSDAP parliamentary group .
In the general election of September 1930 Wolkersdörfer was a candidate of his party for the constituency 11 (Merseburg) in the Reichstag voted, of which he was subsequently without interruption until May 1945th In the Reichstag parliamentary group of the NSDAP, Wolkersdörfer acted as a consultant for socio-political issues from 1930, at the same time he was regional chairman of the National Socialist Company Cell Organization (NSBO) in the province of Saxony . In March 1933 he voted for the Enabling Act , which formed the legal basis for the establishment of the Nazi dictatorship.
Period of National Socialism (1933 to 1945)
On May 2, 1933, Wolkersdörfer became head of the German Workers' Association of the Food Industry, later the Reichsbetriebsgemeinschaftleiter of the Reichsbetriebsgruppe “Food and Pleasure”. In addition, he was a member of the Chamber of Labor and Commerce and from January 1934 on the staff of the NSBO. He also worked on the Central German weekly Der Kampf . As a writer, he published a number of non-fiction books on socio-political issues as well as the national drama Das Schicksal eines Deutschen Helden . After the “ Anschluss ” of Austria, he appeared there in March and April 1938 as a campaign speaker.
In December 1936 Wolkersdörfer joined the SS (SS No. 275.451), in which he achieved the rank of Oberführer on April 20, 1937.
After the beginning of the Second World War , Wolkersdörfer was war district administrator in the Franconian district administration of the German Labor Front (DAF). Because of a dispute with a police officer, internal SS disciplinary proceedings were initiated against Wolkersdörfer, which ended in May 1942 with a severe reprimand from Himmler . At the end of the war, Wolkersdörfer was drafted into the Waffen-SS with the rank of SS-Hauptsturmführer of the reserve and wounded on February 13, 1945.
