Hanshagen is a district of the municipality of Upahl in the district of Northwest Mecklenburg in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (Germany).

The previously independent community of Hanshagen was incorporated into Upahl on January 1, 2011. The districts Blieschendorf and Sievershagen belonged to the community. The community covered an area of ​​12.29 km² and had 391 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2009).
