The Harberenbach is a 2.6 kilometer long right tributary of the Furtbach in the communities of Boppelsen and Otelfingen in the canton of Zurich . The brook drains an area of ​​around 2.3 square kilometers on the southern slope of the Lägern .

The brook rises on a path between fields below Boppelsen in the Furi corridor at 522  m above sea level. At the beginning, it mostly flows in a south-easterly direction past the hamlet of Neuwis and only a little later takes on the Bachtobelbach from the left , which is 600 meters longer than the Harberenbach. It is now accompanied by a forest line and turns to the southwest. Shortly before reaching the Otelfingen industrial area, he picks up the Zimeracherbächli from the right . It flows through the industrial area, partly overturned, where the brook in the Lauet flows towards it from the left . The Harberenbach now reaches the Otelfingen Golf Park , which it flows through from north to south and finally flows out at 416  m above sea level. M. from the right into the here renatured Furtbach.

The catchment area of ​​the Harberenbach measures 2.26 km².
