Hartmut Hamerich (born April 2, 1955 in Lübeck ) is a German politician ( CDU ) and a member of the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament .

Life and work

After graduating from secondary school in 1970, Hamerich completed an agricultural apprenticeship until 1972 and then worked as a temporary soldier in the German Armed Forces , where he also completed training as a driving instructor and obtained his technical college certificate . Hamerich took over his parents' farm in 1982 and opened a photo studio in 1987, which he expanded to include a travel agency in 1996 . After his election to the Schleswig-Holstein State Parliament in 2005, he stopped working in the photo studio, but ran the travel agency until 2009.

Hartmut Hamerich is married and has two children.

Since 1995 Hamerich belongs to the local council of Stockelsdorf on. Before that, in 1994, he was a civil member of the building committee of the Stockelsdorf community, where he was chairman of the building and transport committee from 1995 to 2003. Since 1998 he has been a member of the main committee and deputy parliamentary group spokesman. From 2003 to 2008 Hamerich was a member of the district council of the Ostholstein district . He was chairman of the parish committee on environment, planning and public facilities. In addition, he held the office of deputy chairman in the main committee. Hartmut Hamerich has been chairman of the Stockelsdorf CDU branch since 2009.

In the election for the 16th electoral term in 2005, Hamerich became a member of the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament for the first time . From the beginning of the electoral period until 2009 he was a member of the European Committee, the Environment and Agriculture Committee, deputy chairman of the Petitions Committee and a deputy member of the Economic Committee. In the 17th WP he was a member of the First Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry from 2009 to 2011 and a member of the Economic Committee from 2009 to 2012. He remained so until the 18th electoral term and was its deputy chairman. He was also an alternate member of the Petitions Committee. He was also the specialist spokesman for the CDU parliamentary group for forest policy and in the agricultural and environmental committee. In the 19th electoral term he is chairman of the European parliamentary group, specialist spokesman for the areas of forest policy and the maritime economy.

In 2005 Hartmut Hamerich entered the state parliament as a directly elected member of the Eutin- Süd constituency . He received 46.9 percent of the first votes . In the early state elections in Schleswig-Holstein in 2009 , he was re-elected with 38.2 percent of the first votes. Also in the election for the 18th electoral term he came as a direct candidate in the state parliament. In the 2017 state elections , Hartmut Hamerich once again entered the state parliament with 41.7 percent of the first votes as a directly elected member of the Ostholstein-Süd constituency for the 19th electoral term. Hamerich is also a member of the Economic and European Committee.

Hartmut Hamerich is a member of the Schleswig-Holstein Landesforsten administrative board.
