Hartmut Lange (actor)

Hartmut Lange (* 1956 ) is a German actor .

Lange completed acting training at the Westphalian Drama School in Bochum from 1977 to 1981 .

In the course of his career he worked mainly as a theater actor . He had several permanent engagements at the Stuttgart State Theater (1981–1986), at the Tübingen State Theater (1987–1990), at the Konstanz City Theater (1991–1992), at the stages of the City of Magdeburg (1994–1996) and at the Lübeck City Theater (1997–2003 ). Since then, Lange has worked as a freelance actor.

His leading roles on the theater stage have included: Salieri in Amadeus , Demetrius in A Midsummer Night's Dream , Yvan in Art and the Colonel in Shocks by Sam Shepard .

Since the 1990s he has also regularly taken on television roles; He often played episode roles in crime series , including Derrick , SOKO Wismar and Coast Guard .

In 2006 he played the role of Kriminalrat Bornek in the Kieler Tatort episode Sternenkinder with Axel Milberg . In the 2008 television series The Lawyers , he played the portrait painter Jörn Esche who was involved in a legal dispute with his client in the episode vigilante justice .

In the fairy tale film Die Bremer Stadtmusikanten he was seen as the robber captain in 2009.
