Hayuma Tanaka ( Japanese 田中 隼 磨 , Tanaka Hayuma ; born July 31, 1982 in Matsumoto ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

society

Hayuma Tanaka comes from the youth department of the Yokohama Wing, an association that was taken over in 1999 by the Yokohama F. Marinos . In the Kaiser Cup 2000 Tanaka already completed the first 3 appearances in the first team of his club, before he was fully integrated into the professional team in 2001. In the very first year he won the Yamazaki Nabisco Cup with the team . In the 2002 and 2003 seasons Tanaka was awarded to Tokyo Verdy , where Patrick M'Boma also played. In 2003 of all times, however, it was his actual club, Yokohama F. Marinos, who dominated the Japanese first division and won the championship. Successful coach Takeshi Okada brought Tanaka back to Yokohama. There the defensive player could repeat the success in 2004 with his teammates Naoki Matsuda , Yoshiharu Ueno , Yūji Nakazawa or Ahn Jung-hwan and become champions. In the championship final, after 1: 0 and 0: 1 in the two legs, they won 4: 2 on penalties against the Urawa Red Diamonds . Tanaka also gained his first international experience in the AFC Champions League in 2004 and 2005 . Since the second championship win, however, Yokohama only played in midfield of the Japanese J. League and could not achieve any significant successes.

For the 2009 season, Hayuma Tanaka moved to Nagoya Grampus , who was third in the previous season. Even under the coach there, Dragan Stojković , the defensive player immediately established himself as a regular player and played 29 league games for his new club in the first season. Nevertheless, the good previous year's performance could not be repeated and Nagoya only reached 9th place in the table. In the AFC Champions League 2009 , however, the club advanced to the semi-finals and only then failed against the Saudi Arabian representative al-Ittihad . A year later, Nagoya Grampus won the first Japanese championship in the club's history. Tanaka was one of the regular players on the team that also included Keiji Tamada and top scorer Joshua Kennedy . In the AFC Champions League 2011 , the club failed in the round of 16 at the eventual finalist Suwon Samsung Bluewings from South Korea, but was able to win the national Super Cup. Despite being again the best scorer, Kennedy, Nagoya Grampus had to admit defeat in the league to the surprise champion Kashiwa Reysol and became runner-up one point behind. In the AFC Champions League 2012 Tanaka's team was eliminated again in the round of 16, this time against the Australians from Adelaide United .

In early 2015, he moved to Matsumoto Yamaga FC .

National team

On August 9, 2006, Hayuma Tanaka completed his only international match for Japan in a friendly against the national soccer team of Trinidad and Tobago .
