The Heesbach , also called Hees , is a 5.8 km long orographically right tributary of the Littfe in the North Rhine-Westphalian district of Siegen-Wittgenstein , Germany .

The Heesbach rises about 900 m west of the village of Oberhees at an altitude of 419  m above sea level. NHN . The ridge lies in the area of ​​the southern hedge . The Heesbach flows from here mainly in a north-easterly direction through the villages of Oberhees, Mittelhees , Junkernhees and flows into Fellinghausen at 276  m above sea level. NHN in the Littfe. The course of the stream lies entirely in the area of Kreuztal .

On its 5.8 km long path, the stream overcomes a height difference of 143 m, which corresponds to a mean bed gradient of 24.7 ‰. It drains a catchment area of ​​12.387 km²

It flows through the Kreuztal districts of Oberhees , Mittelhees , the Osthelden district of Junkernhees and Fellinghausen , both of which also belong to the city of Kreuztal. It flows into the Littfe near the town limits of Buschhütten, Fellinghausen and Kreuztal, a little above the municipal sewage treatment plant.
