Heidrun Bluhm-Forester
Heidrun Bluhm Ranger (* 18 January 1958 in Schwerin as Heidrun Samow ) is a German politician ( The Left ). After Steffen Bockhahn's resignation , she was chairwoman of the state association in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania from 2012 to November 2017. She has been a member of the German Bundestag since 2005 .
Life and work
After attending the polytechnic high school , Heidrun Bluhm initially trained as a draftsman from 1974 to 1976 . She then joined the Schwerin district leadership of the FDJ as an employee . In 1977 she attended the “Wilhelm Pieck” youth college to study Marxism-Leninism . From 1981 to 1990 Heidrun Bluhm worked as a teacher for Marxism-Leninism, first in the district union school of the FDGB and from 1988 on at the institute of the Central Committee of the SED in Schwerin. As a part-time job, she completed a degree in social sciences in Berlin, which she graduated with a diploma in 1990 .
From 1990 to 1991 she worked as an employee of the state board of the PDS in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and at the same time studied interior architecture and design in Hamburg. After completing his studies in 1992 with a diploma (FH), Heidrun Bluhm was the independent owner of a planning office for interior design until 2002. In addition, she was the managing partner of Schmidt & Bluhm Planungs- und Projektmanagementgesellschaft mbH from 1996 to 2002 and co-partner of the Bluhm & Bluhm property management company from 1994 to 2002 . Heidrun Bluhm is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Federal Building Culture Foundation . One focus of her political and parliamentary work is the reintroduction of non-profit housing.
Heidrun Bluhm is married and has two children.
Political party
Heidrun Bluhm-Förster became a member of the SED in 1977 . Since 2007 she has been the deputy chairwoman of the state association of the Left in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. After Steffen Bockhahn's resignation on November 5, 2012, she took over as chairman on November 17, 2012.
Public offices
From 2002 to 2005 she was the head of the construction department and first deputy to the mayor of Schwerin.
MPs
Heidrun Bluhm has been a member of the German Bundestag since 2005 . It entered the Bundestag via the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania state list. She is a full member of the Food and Agriculture Committee and the Budget Committee .
