The Siefen is an orographically right tributary of the Saalbach and is specified according to the Lower Water Authority of the city of Wuppertal with a length of 40 meters. It only carries water at times and arises in a mixed forest of beech and oak . On its run, it passes under a path that runs in the Saalbachtal valley.
