The two- and- a-half-story , four-axle plastered building with a hipped roof was built around 1700. It was redesigned towards the end of the 19th century.
The ground floor is rusticated . The windows on the first floor are accentuated by triangular roofs .
The building was used as a restaurant.
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 325.
