The building with the postal address Heilgeiststraße 87 is a listed building on Heilgeiststraße in Stralsund .
The three-storey plastered building with a tail gable was built at the end of the 18th century.
The building was badly damaged in the bombing raid on Stralsund on October 6, 1944 . In 1953 the house was rebuilt. The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 344.
