Heinrich Brandl

Heinrich Brandl (born July 22, 1885 in Simpering , † December 13, 1951 in Kötzting ) was a German politician ( BVP ).

Live and act

After attending elementary school in Hohenwarth and the Dr.-Heim school in Regensburg , Brandl worked as a farmer on his father's estate until 1906. He then bought a sawmill in Hohenwarth, which he expanded in 1911 to become the electrical center for the three surrounding communities and a wood goods factory. In 1906 he became a member of the town's agricultural association and later a board member. Brandl had also been a member of the Christian farmers' association in Bavaria since 1906, in which he achieved the rank of chairman in 1911 . In 1924 he became a member of the district executive committee, before being made an honorary member in 1932 in recognition of his services.

From 1908 to 1911 Brandl was a member of the Hohenwarth local council. In 1912 he became a member of the board of the local volunteer fire brigade , and in 1920 he took over his parents' farm in Simpering with the associated forest. Due to the exemplary management of the property, the Bavarian Agricultural Council awarded it the large silver medal in 1925.

From 1925 to 1930 Brandl was mayor of the municipality of Ansdorf . He was also a member of the district and district chamber of farmers, chairman of the animal breeding community Simpering and a member of the II. Basic evaluation committee in Landshut . He was also a member of the board of the Hohenwarth church administration.

From July to November 1932 Brandl was a member of the Reichstag for constituency 25 (Lower Bavaria) . Since May 1, 1935, he was a member of the NSDAP .
