Heinrich Hesse

Heinrich Hesse (born April 9, 1827 in Paderborn ; † November 29, 1902 there ) was a businessman and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Hesse attended grammar school in Paderborn and was a businessman until 1883. As a result he was a member of the city council, alderman, member of the provincial state parliament from 1890 to 1898, the district council, the board of directors of the provincial blind institution and other public administrative branches. From 1884 to 1900 he was a member of the Reichstag for the constituency of Minden 4 ( Paderborn , Büren ) and the German Center Party . On December 27, 1900, he resigned from the Reichstag. From 1889 to 1898 he was also a member of the Prussian House of Representatives .
