Heinrich Kosynowski

Heinrich Kosynowski (born November 7, 1896 in Rahden , † June 2, 1963 in Minden ) was a German politician ( FDP ).

Life and work

After attending elementary school , Kosynowski completed an apprenticeship as a printer and was a book printer owner and newspaper editor.

He was married and had two children.

He was a member of the district council of the former Lübbecke district from November 9, 1952 to June 2, 1963.

From 1959 to 1963 he was a member of the landscape assembly of the Regional Association of Westphalia-Lippe .

Public offices

After his predecessor Gustav Niermann resigned as a minister in the government of North Rhine-Westphalia led by Prime Minister Franz Meyers , Kosynowski was district administrator of the Lübbecke district from November 22, 1958 to April 7, 1961 .

In the Lübbeck district assembly , the FDP procured the majority for the CDU , so it was all the more remarkable that Kosynowski was elected district administrator in the second ballot in 1958 with votes from the SPD against Kurt Weimann (CDU).
