Heinrich Schoene (born November 25, 1889 in Berlin , † April 9, 1945 in Koenigsberg ) was SA-Obergruppenführer and General Commissioner of the Volhynia - Podolia General District in the Reichskommissariat Ukraine .

Life

Schoene did military service in World War I , most recently as a non-commissioned officer. Then he was one of the settlers at the Lockstedter camp military training area . He had a small construction business there. He joined the National Socialist Freedom Party in 1924/1925 , at a time when the NSDAP was banned after the Hitler putsch . On April 20, 1925, he joined the SA and on August 14, 1925, he switched to the NSDAP, where he had a steep career. From 1926 to 1927 he was the leader of the Hitler Youth . He soon became local group leader of the NSDAP and finally district leader in the entire Steinburg district. In May 1929 he was commissioned to set up the SA in Schleswig-Holstein and appointed Oberführer Nordmark of the SA. From 1931 to 1934 he was SA leader of Schleswig-Holstein and was appointed SA group leader in July 1932.

From 1932 to 1933 he was a member of the Prussian state parliament , on November 12, 1933 he was appointed a member of the Reichstag for the constituency of Berlin. He stayed that way until 1945. In 1934 he was appointed leader of SA-Obergruppe I (seat: Königsberg (Prussia), Otto-Reinke-Str. 4-6), on April 24, 1934 he was promoted to SA-Obergruppenführer and was promoted appointed leader of the SA in East Prussia and Danzig . From February 1, 1934 to March 31, 1942, he was the chief of police in Koenigsberg, and from January 1, 1934 to March 31, 1939 he held the post of regional group leader of the East Prussian Reich Air Protection Association. From 1934 to 1942 he was also the Prussian Provincial Councilor of the Province of East Prussia .

From September 1, 1941 to 1944 he acted as general commissioner for the general district of Volhynia-Podolia, based in Lutsk in the Reichskommissariat Ukraine . In the same district he was also district leader of the NSDAP. Schoene was jointly responsible for the murder of the Jewish population in the general district. In 1942 he became inspector of the Navy SA. In 1945 Heinrich Schöne died fighting the Red Army .
