Heinrich von Künßberg

Heinrich von Künßberg (born January 21, 1801 in Eben bei Gärtenroth , † February 26, 1862 in Ansbach ) was a lawyer , historian and member of the Frankfurt National Assembly .

Life

Von Künßberg came from the von Künsberg family . He studied law from 1817 to 1821 in Erlangen and Würzburg . In Würzburg he joined the old Würzburg fraternity in 1820 .

After completing his studies, he first worked as an accessist at the Bayreuth District and City Court (1824–1827), and since 1825 also at the Court of Appeal in Ansbach. Then he started working as a lawyer .

In 1831 he was elected to the Chamber of Deputies of the Bavarian State Assembly. From 1838 he was a member of the Historical Association for Middle Franconia in Ansbach and editor of their magazine "Jahresberichte". He also became a member of the scholars' committee of the Germanic National Museum in Nuremberg in 1854 .

In the revolutionary year of 1848 he was elected to the Paulskirche parliament for the constituency of Middle Franconia (Ansbach). At first he was a member of the Casino parliamentary group , later of the Pariser Hof parliamentary group .
