Life

Heinrich von Krosigk came from the noble family Krosigk . He was a son of Bernhard Friedrich von Krosigk (1656-1714) and his wife Anna Hedwig Sophie von Steinberg (born August 6, 1665 in Bodenburg ; † August 8, 1721 in Isenbüttel ). Krosigk's siblings were Marie Antoinette von Krosigk (born January 6, 1696 in Poplitz , † October 18, 1759 in Koethen ) and Rudolf August von Krosigk (1700–1739).

After the death of his brother and his son Bernhard August (* 1735), who died as a child, Krosigk took over his father's Poplitz line on Gröna. Krosigk married on September 25, 1736 in Schenkenberg Charlotte Elisabeth, born von Miltitz (born October 24, 1704 in Schenkenberg, † April 21, 1788 in Bernburg ). From this marriage emerged:
