Helao Nafidi has been the administrative merger as a city since September 1st, 2003. The city includes Namibian localities of Oshikango , Ohangwena , Omafo , Engela and Onhuno in the constituencies of Oshikango , Engela and Ohangwena .
Helao Nafidi has 19,200 inhabitants (as of 2011).
