Helga Education
Helga Bilden (born January 2, 1941 in Eschweiler ) is a German psychologist . The focus of her work is in the field of gender studies .
education and profession
After graduating from the Episcopal Liebfrauenschule in Eschweiler in 1960, he studied education at the universities of Bonn , Tübingen and Mainz , initially Latin, history and political science, and from 1961 psychology and sociology ; With a diploma in psychology, she completed her studies in Tübingen in 1967. This was followed by a job as a social scientist at the German Youth Institute . From 1972 Bilden was an assistant in the field of social psychology at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . Research interests
Bilden was already active in the women's movement in 1973 ; her research interests focus on gender-specific socialization. Another area of interest in education is human subjectivity in historical change. In this context, she is particularly interested in the influence of electronic media on the socialization of young people.
