Helmut Holger
Helmut Holger (born March 16, 1926 in Essen , † January 17, 2012 in Cologne ) was a German costume designer for theater, opera, shows, film and television as well as actors .
Life
He became known through the television series Klimbim , in which he was not only responsible for the actors' often imaginative outfits, but also had many silent appearances. From season two on, he played "the man falling from the chair".
The Museum of Applied Arts in Cologne dedicated a show to him in 1994 and the German Film Museum in Frankfurt am Main showed some of his costume designs in 1999/2000. In the last few years he only worked as a photographer and presented black and white photographs from the 1990s in the Cologne City Museum .
