Helmut Ollk
Helmut Ollk (born July 30, 1911 in Schmargendorf ; † January 30, 1979 in Berlin ) was a German architect.
Life
Helmut Ollk completed an apprenticeship as a bricklayer before studying architecture . After the Second World War , Ollk was involved in the re-establishment of the BDA in West Berlin . He is best known for his buildings in West Berlin in the post-war period and shaped the former Wilmersdorf district architecturally.
His grave is in the Wilmersdorf cemetery .
