Helmut Rödl

Helmut Rödl (born July 20, 1939 in Klagenfurt ) is a German businessman , lawyer , entrepreneur in the Creditreform association and a professor at the University of Innsbruck .

Life

Helmut Rödl studied at the University of Cologne Law and in Cologne and Vienna Business Administration . In Cologne doctorate Rödl 1967. Dr. iur. with a thesis on the right of co-determination of the works council in the regulation of piecework and piece wage rates according to § 56 I g Betr.VG.

Entrepreneurial career

Helmut Rödl is managing director of Creditreform Koblenz and personally liable partner of Creditreform Koblenz and Neuwied Dr. Rödl KG. For many years he was the managing director of the Verband der Vereine Creditreform eV (VVC) and continues to be its board member and member of the supervisory board of Creditreform AG.

Scientific career

In 1972 Rödl became a lecturer and lecturer for business administration at the University of Essen , where he taught finance and accounting until 1990 . From 1991 to 1994 he was a private lecturer for international private law , data protection and information law at the University of Salzburg . In 1995 he became a visiting professor at the University of Innsbruck .
