Helsingin Atleettiklubi
The Helsingin Atleettiklubi (HAK for short) is a sports club, which is best known for its heavy athletes , from the Finnish capital Helsinki . The club, founded in 1891, was the center of Finnish wrestling around the 1920s .
Today the club operates the following departments: boxing , football , arm wrestling , boxing and weightlifting .
