Edil Albert Rosenqvist (born December 11, 1892 in Degerby , † September 14, 1973 in Helsinki ) was a Finnish wrestler in the Greco-Roman style. He wrestled in his career in light heavy and heavyweight. He became world champion in 1921 and 1922 , and won silver in his two Olympic Games in 1920 and 1924 . In Finland he started for the Helsingin Atleettiklubi , one of the leading wrestling clubs of his time.
